We package up our pots to protect them on their journey to you, but if the worst should happen and you find yourself with a cracked or broken pot, please email photos to mail@thomasbirnie.co.uk and we'll either refund or send a replacement, whichever you'd prefer. If you've changed your mind for whatever reason after receiving your pottery piece(s) we will refund your cup, (minus shipping costs) or arrange a swap or another cup if you'd prefer. Please do wrap the pot up in bubble wrap as best you can to give it a safe journey back to us.
