At the moment I only accept PayPal payments. Paypal is the safest and most secure form of payment, for both the seller and buyer.
Please note this does not mean you need a PayPal Account to pay for your items through PayPal. You can enter your card details as normal, like any online transaction.
Payment must be made in full and have cleared before the item is shipped. If you are having any issues with PayPal, please do not hesitate to contact me and I will assist you in anyway that I can.
Customers in the UK can pay via a direct bank transfer if they wish, please contact me directly if you want to use this method.
The Thomas Birnie slipware pottery website is committed to respecting and protecting the privacy of anyone using my site and the confidentiality of any information that you provide me with. The purpose of this statement is to set out how I use any personal information that I may obtain from you.
Use and Collection of Personal Information
In general you can visit my website without telling me who you are and without revealing any information about yourself. If, however, you use my site you will need to provide certain information such as contact details. I will store this data and hold it on computer or otherwise. I do not store any debit/credit card details of any kind.
I will never disclose your personal information to any third parties except if I am under a legal duty to disclose or share your personal data in order to comply with or meet any legal obligation.
Every effort is made to prevent typographical and pricing mistakes, however, I reserve the right not to honour incorrect descriptions, measurements and/or prices as I cannot account for the occasional human error. I will of course, cancel and refund you if I have made a mistake.
If you are unhappy with your order for any reason please contact me within 14 days of receiving your package. I will do my best to resolve the problem quickly.
Refunds and exchanges are considered on a case-by-case basis.
